Patty Skarlinsky, Underwriter
Winter Garden, FL Patty joined High Impact as an Underwriter in October of 2023. Her career has included CDFI lending, CDFI underwriting, program design and community outreach. Prior to joining High Impact, Patty was a Lending Manager at NeighborWorks America, offering professional services, grant opportunities, and resources for CDFIs and prospective CDFIs. She also worked with The Olea Group, underwriting small business loans from $500 to $500,000. Her work in the CDFI sector began at Thread Capital, a small business CDFI in North Carolina, where she worked as a Program Manager & Loan Officer. Patty has a Master of Public Administration from North Carolina State University and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from Florida International University. Patty lives in Orlando with her two dogs, Annie & Roxy. If they aren’t out sunbathing with the iguanas, you can find her catching up with the latest Marvel movie, visiting a theme park or trying the newest beers at the local brewery. |
