Ozlem Tanik Ponarin, Director of Portfolio Management and Analytics
Raleigh, NC Ozlem is a social impact finance professional with 20 years of experience in banking, community development lending, risk management, research, and advocacy. As the Director of Portfolio Management and Analytics at High Impact, Ozlem leads the portfolio management and analytics team, driving strategic priorities to support mission-driven lenders and investors serving at-risk communities. In this role, Ozlem oversees the post-closing management of loans and investments, utilizing data to support clients' internal and external needs. She leads the development and delivery of High Impact Portfolio Analytics, a product that integrates data into a user-friendly dashboard using Microsoft Power BI, enhancing data accessibility and usage for impact lenders. Previously, Ozlem served as the Director of Underwriting at Carolina Small Business Development Fund and as the Director of Commercial Risk Management at Self-Help Credit Union, where she had a 16-year tenure. Ozlem holds an MBA in Finance from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University.
