Jen is a contractor to High Impact who underwrites loans supporting affordable housing developments, community facilities, and commercial real estate. Jen has worked with High Impact since 2020. She has over 10 years of experience in credit administration and credit analysis roles at various commercial banks, including most recently as Vice President - Commercial Relationship Manager at First Interstate Bank in Oregon. In these roles, she managed complex commercial real estate loan underwritings, prepared and presented loan presentations, and mentored assistant relationship managers. Jen is now working in the impact finance industry with High Impact and with other industry institutions.
Jen holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Finance major from Washington State University, where she was a Division I volleyball player. She has served on the Downtown Urban Renewal Planning Committee for the City of Redmond (OR) and in trustee and volunteer positions at several community organizations.
