Harrison Pippin, Underwriter
Queens, NY Harrison joined High Impact as an Underwriter in May 2026. Prior to joining High Impact, Harrison was a Project Manager/Underwriter at New York State Homes and Community Renewal, where he coordinated the intake, underwriting, due diligence, closing, and permanent conversion of development subsidy for affordable homeownership projects across New York State. His professional experience also includes underwriting a broad range of affordable housing, mixed-use, small business, childcare, and community facilities loans at New Jersey Community Capital. Harrison studied Sociology, Environmental Studies, Philosophy, and Economics at Randolph College, and in 2022 completed his Master of City and Regional Planning at Rutgers University’s Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy. |
